Apoteket Oral Rehydration is a vegan food supplement in the form of effervescent tablets with an elderflower and lime flavor. Apoteket Oral Rehydration is a carbohydrate-electrolyte solution that helps maintain endurance performance during prolonged endurance exercise and enhances water absorption during physical activity.
It is also recommended for adults and children from 3 years of age to help replenish fluids and salts, for example in hot climates. A vegan food supplement in effervescent tablet form with elderflower & lime flavor.
Apoteket Oral Rehydration is also available in Lemon & Lime, Strawberry & Raspberry, and Orange flavors. Each package contains 20 effervescent tablets. Osmolality: 261 mOsm/kg water.
Directions for use & Dosage
Recommended daily dose:
- Adults and children from 12 years: 1–4 effervescent tablets
- Children from 3 years: 1–2 effervescent tablets
Preparation:
- Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in 120 ml of water (half a glass).
- Do not use mineral water, as the salt and glucose content of the solution may become incorrect.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
- Suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
- Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and should be combined with a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
Storage
Store in a dry place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of small children. Keep the tube tightly closed.
